Since April.2020 I’ve been living in the city, Leipzig. This fact is too sure, so I don’t have to think about it that much, as I forget that I’m breathing. But you know if you are focusing on your breathing, you can’t breathe smoothly like just one second ago when you didn’t think about it, but at the same time, you can recognise what it is. Even though it makes your breath rough, it could make you perceive that you are alive.
When I was walking around the city, I just walked and looked at things less consciously. These moments made me breathe smoothly. Then I started to focus on how to walk, where to go, and which spot I stay and spend time in. It made me stop a lot on the way, but I could perceive that I’m living “HERE”. I observed several places and found special connections to my daily life. After all, I can have more room to appreciate and love my environment, so that I have more room to care about myself and others.
